i have been having persistent constipation for the past 10 weeks. to alleviate this i having been taking pears and milk to aid my bowl movement. but it wont go away. then my anus started itching a week ago and has developed into a lump. what could this be

increase your water intake. take high fiber food. in between take cremaffin at bed time for 5daysfor excessive straining you may develop external piles. apply proctosedyl ointment and take sitz bath.
