What Causes Constipation Along With Pain In Stomach?
I have been constipated for the past 5 days, I had passed 2 small stools but nothing of much size. Im having severe sharp pains in my stomach that radiate to my chest. I have no appetite although I have not ate much all week. Im also gaining weight. I ve tried senokot tablets, colace capsules, prune juice, biscodyl tablets, and miralax...what should I do?

if I were your treating doctor I would have advised you for few life style modifications
in my opinion you don't need all the medicines you have taken
please take plenty of dietary fiberand fresh fruits
have adequate amount of fluids
tab pantoprazole 40 mg to counter stomach hyperacidity
don't strain during defecation
avoid smoking and alcohol
have stool softening agent like lactulose 30 ml at bed time
