What Causes Constipation Along With Pain In The Lower Back?
I haven t been able to have a bowel movement. My lower back where my kidneys are, hurts very badly. could the back pain be associated with constipation? I have taken 2 laxatives and still no bowel movement. I m not sure if it really is constipation anymore, but my lower back is hurting really bad

It could be constipation.
It could also be acute lumbar back pain.
If laxatives do not work, try pain killers (acetaminophen, NSAIDs) for a few days.
