What Causes Constipation Along With Pinching Sensation In The Testicles?
Hi Sir, I ve mastrubated from more than 5 years and now facing severe issues i am 23 years old. I will be unable to complete my bowel movement i ve lost all my strength. Whenever I go to poo i ve to press nerves above my penis to pass my stools. And there is always a some pinching effect in my testicles. Please do help me out of this.

I am not sure if these 2 issues are related. Testicle pain may be caused by epididimitis and you'll need an ultrasound to confirm this. Constipation should be treated with sufficient fluids intake and high fiber diet.
