What Causes Constipation And Abdominal Bloating After Fasting?
I have recently started intermittent fasting and for 3 weeks that I have been on the fast it has been difficult for me too have a bowel movement I have resulted and taking a laxative to ease the discomfort a Feeling bloating and nausea it seems as if my bowels or stomach muscles are not functioning as they once were do you have any suggestions because I don't want to endure worse symptoms because I have to take to laxative once a week to eliminate.

This can happen in a few people who do fasting reasons are a few: 1) Your stomach is not used to fasting. 2) You are not taking enough fluids. 3) Diet has less fiber more fat and protein.
I would suggest you to first change your life style.
1) Take enough water before and after fast. 2) Take enough yogurt fibers and vegetables, less fat. 3) Stay mobile. 4) You can use simple laxatives. 5) Make a list of food items which suit your system more.
This can be managed no reason to worry.
