Constipation is mostly due to bad dietary habits. It is better to control your constipation in a natural ways. You should include fiber in your diet.

1. Take high fiber diet such as split peas, lentils, black beans, lima beans, baked beans, whole grains, vegetables such as artichoke, green peas, and sprouts and fruits

3. Complete your course of antibiotic as suggested by your doctor
4. Drink 4 – 5 liters of water daily
5. Avoid straining while defecating
6. Start workout in gym at least for half an hour for 4 – 5 days in a week regularly
7. Chew the food properly to make it easily digestible
8. Regularly go to toilet. Never avoid if you feel pressure
9. Avoid excess intake tea and coffee after meal if tea and coffee contain tannins which cause constipation
