Hi,
Thank you for asking
Sometimes hard blood stools cause a swollen blood vessel or a small tear around the anus.
However,
rectal bleeding should never be ignored as it can also be the sign of a more serious health condition, including
bowel cancer (
colorectal cancer).
Based on what you say,(I don't have much information from you because i'ts important to evaluate all your symptoms carefully ) that you've become aware of rectal bleeding when you've notice spots of blood on toilet paper, often these are tell-tale signs of:
1. piles ( haemorrhoids)
2. an
anal fissure, which is a small tear in the anus.
I recommend you :
1. to see a
proctologist to determine your diagnosis through
a colonoscopy (used to investigate bleeding, changes in bowel movements etc.) or other exams.
2. to CHANGE YOUR DIET in oder to soft tools: fluids and fibre
- drink plenty of water , milk, juices, non-caffeine fluids
- fresh fruits and vegetables
hope this was helpful to you
