Understanding your concern. As per your query you have constipation and burning sensation during motion. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like spicy foods , pruritis , hemorrhoids , fecal incontinence, inflammatory bowel disease or gastroenteritis. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order stool test , ultrasound and endoscopy . Doctor may prescribe ornidazole , omeprazole , anti inflammatory along with laxative . For now avoid spicy food , eat small and frequent meals and eat fibrous food .
