What Causes Constipation And Diarrhea Along With Chest Pain?
for about 6 months I have had chronic sulfur (rotten egg) burps along with constipation and diarrhea. No matter what I eat I have soooo much gas and pass gas about 15 times during the night at least. I am constantly nauseous and bloated a lot and I have chest pains sometimes (not sure if that s related) and my stomach feels like its burning inside sometimes

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms could be related to irritable bowel syndrome or indigestion.
For this reason, I would first recommend performing a fibrogastroscopy and trying an antiacid. Taking Buscopan may help too.
