What Causes Constipation And Diarrhea?

Hi my name is samantha and I have been having digestive problems for a few months now. I feel completely fine other than the fact that either I m constipated or as soon as I go I feel like I have to keep going and I have diarrhea. Do you have any idea what could be wrong with me?
