What Causes Constipation And Dry Lips?

Hi doctor..i am 18years old.And i having constipation problem..and my lips also always dry..Even i always drink water,eat fruits,i also suffer from constipation.And i always cannot eat foods which is fried like macdonald,fried noodles and also chocolate,because once i eat these foods,i will feel that there will be some sort of gas which is bitter taste in my mouth which really cause not comfortable and lastly i will end up with sore throat and fever.I also easily get phlygem after i have ate something.Can you please help me doctor?

Some advices that I can give to you are :
-Drink more water.
-Eat more fiber, especially soluble, non-fermentable fiber.
-Exercise more.
-Drink coffee, especially caffeinated coffee.
-Take senna, an herbal laxative.
-Eat probiotic foods or take probiotic supplements.
-Take over-the-counter or prescription laxatives.
