Hello,

Your symptoms could be related to indigestion, probably caused by gallbladder removal. These complaints are quite often in patients after gallbladder removal. For this reason, I would recommend taking Buscopan for the pain and making some changes to your diet:
-Go easy on the fat. Avoid high-fat foods, fried and greasy foods, and fatty sauces and gravies for at least a week after surgery.
- Increase the fiber in your diet. This can help normalize bowel movements.
- Eat smaller, more-frequent meals. This may ensure a better mix with available bile.

You can take lactulose or psillium for the constipation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
