Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
It sounds like you are very uncomfortable.
You may be experiencing a
urinary tract infection = UTI - which would likely cause burning when urinating in addition to " peeing a lot". Initially there may not be a fever, but later on UTI may cause elevation of temperature and feeling sick. UTI is treated with an antibiotic which is prescribed by a doctor.
The other problem is the
constipation - if significant you would need a good laxative like
dulcolax or
polyethylene glycol = Miralax, - both are available over the counter - not just
stool softener or purne juice.
If severe, constipation may result in
fecal impaction which means stool is blocked in your rectum and will not come out unless removed by some mechanical way - like enema or manual /finger disimpaction - in which case you would need to see a doctor.
Sometimes the hard stool clogging up the rectum may press internally on the bladder or in men the urethra and cause urinary obstruction which may be another possible cause of the urinary symptoms:
frequent urination in very small amounts or eventually no urine coming out if the blockage becomes complete.
A situation like this would require urgent medical intervention.
Hope I answered your question.
If you need additional information I will be glad to clarify.
Regards and best of health.
