What Causes Constipation, Extreme Night Sweats, Enlarged Liver And Armpit Lymph Nodes?

Hi! I don t want to ramble on and on, but , I will give you my symtoms and what has been diagnosed so far. I have as of 9-3-15, Aquired dialated bile duct, Hepatomegaly - Enlarged liver, constipation, Elevated Alkaline Phoshatase measurement, Enlarged armpit lymph nodes, Squamous cell carcinoma on right ear. Bottom line: I have extreme night sweats in that have lasted the past 6+ months. I have to change 2 - 3 times at night because I am soaking wet. I hate it! I am wondering if it could be pancreatic cancer, only because of exteme night sweats! please let me know if I my be close ..... thank you so much! my name is Peggy Winfield .. YYYY@YYYY

Hello,

The extreme night sweats do not pause threat of pancreas cancer, but as there is dilated bile ducts, enlarged liver and increased alkaline phosphatse there can be:
- Primary biliary cholangitis
- Peri ampullary pathology or malignancy
- Kletskein tumor
- Lymphoma
- Others

Kindly provide me latest MRI or CT scan report of your abdomen and pelvis which will help the way to proceed for the discussion and further guidelines.
