What Causes Constipation Followed By Diarrhea?
For as long as I remember, I would have little to no bowel movements for like 5 days, then I would get diarrhea. It was like I would get backed up, then it would empty out all at once. I told my doctor, and they only told me to take miralax. It helps me go everyday. But for some reason I will still have diarrhea, very very painful bowel movements. It isn t a stinging feeling, more like you can feel something going through your bowels. Is there anything I can do, or have any idea what this could be? I am a male of that has anything to do with it.

drink more water and fiber rich food can take husk of isof gul dissolved in water at bed time.it is a habit disorderkeep to timing and follow the regularity. take bland diet avoid fast food eat more fresh fruits and vegetable.
