What Causes Constipation, Headache And Nausea After Eating?
My daughter has complained of constipation, dull headaches that last all day and when she eats she gets nauseous. It has been going on for about 2-3 weeks. I gave here something to help relieve her constipation, but she still complains about the other two. She is a college student that donates plasma all the time.
Understanding your concern. As per your query your daughter is having symptoms of constipation, headache and nausea after eating.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to
- Drink lot of water.
- Do light exercises and avoid fatty and heavy meals.
- Take diet rich in roughage and fibers.
You should consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may order colonoscopy and barium studies for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe fiber supplement, osmotic laxatives , stool softeners and medicine to reduce acidity.
