What Causes Constipation In An Infant?
Hi Dr. Rynne, Our baby is 4.5 weeks old and hasn t had a BM for about 36 hours. He is eating normally but seems uncomfortable now. Are suppositories safe for him being this young? Should we wait to talk with our Pediatrician? He is eating Breast Milk and Formula. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

As baby is only 4 weeks of age formulas are better avoidrd forfirst 6months baby should be fed only onmothers milk for now give the baby half teaspoonfulof castor oil
