What Causes Constipation With Fleshy, Bubbly Spot In Rectum?
I have been having a very hard time having a bowel movement. I have resorted to inserting my finger in my rectum and my thumb inside my vagina to get movement. Right inside the rectum there is a fleshy, almost bubbly spot that doesn t feel like the rest.

General & Family Physician, Dr. Nishad BN's Response
Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to internal hemorrhoids. A digital examination by a General surgeon should be done to rule out this. Proctoscopy might be required also to confirm it. Take fibre rich food and more water. Raw vegetable salads and whole fruits will be helpful. You can also take prunes or prune juice at bed time. If all these not helping then Lactulose syrup at bed time will be helpful. Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear. Thanks.
