General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
Bone marrow donation is not likely to cause constipation. It can be your regular problem, aggravated by the procedure. Indirectly it can occur due to side effects of anesthesia causing unwillingness to eat, nausea, and less eating, drinking of water. For the swelling in butt cheek, see your treating surgeon for proper physical examination and specific treatment.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Lump in buttock is unlikely to be associated with donation of stem cells or constipation. I suggest you to consult a surgeon and get MRI of the buttock to assess the lump in buttock cheek.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
