So far as your narration is concerned nothing is serious till clinical parameters are concerned.
Etiology is non-specific and your more concern once you noticed sometime some minor discomfort and after Googling certain details we get more scarred.
* Do regular deep breathing exercises and
YOGA for 30 minutes daily.
* Have proper sleep of 8 hours.
* Avoid
stress /
anxiety episodes.
* Avoid
smoking / alcohol consumption if in any form.
* Maintain your hydration level, BP, Blood sugar levels in control.
* Have more deeply involved in your day to day work and deviate from
current concern.
Can consult physician later if required at all But I think that will not come.
