What Causes Continous Crying Of Infant After Taking Shots?
my daughter is a year old, she had her yearly shots a week ago today and since then she has just cryed/screamed/wined non stop. she isn t running a fever, she is still eating and drinking, but she never cries and this is sooo not her. took her yesterday to the dr and they said her ears were clear, she did have drainage so maybe it could be a sinus infection, but they don t know, so they put her on amoxacylin and she s had it 3 times so far and still screaming
Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic. I understand your concern. As to be done rightly the drs have ruled out ear infection. The pain at the injection site could be the cause. You can give paracetamol in appropriate dose. I suggest you also rule out a urinary infection by doing a simple urine routine. Hope my answer was helpful for you. I am happy to help any time. Further clarifications and consultations on Health care magic are welcome. If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish your kid good health.
