What Causes Continued Vaginal Bleeding After Periods During Defecation And Severe Cramps?
hi I started my period about 19 days ago and thought I ended 12th day in. but the next day I was bleeding again. and every day since then. I started to notice my cramps were worsening and that I was only bleeding when I had a bowel movement. I have had PID in the past and heavy bleeding and a miscarriage and one successful pregnancy. what could this be?
You will need a pregnancy test as pregnancy is the first thing to be ruled out when there is irregular bleeding. If this is negative (you are not pregnant) you will need a gynecological exam and possibly a transvaginal ultrasound, pap-smear, and samples for chlamydia and gonorrhea. After the results of these tests, the doctor will better understand the cause of the bleeding and treat you promptly.
I hope this answers your query. I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.
