What Causes Continuous Backache And Abdominal Bloating?

Hi, I have a history of IBS. For the last 2 weeks plus I have been experiencing continuous back pain. The pain gets worst when I eat and within 20 minutes of eating my stomach becomes bloated. I exercise regularly and eat pretty healthy. I cut all dairy products from my diet as well as minimized gluten products for the last 6 days, but still no relief. Should I be concerned or is this just a bad IBS flare Up?

Hello,

Bloating after food intake may be due to gastritis or food intolerance or irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel problems or infections or malabsorption syndromes etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Get it done endoscopy and ultrasound abdomen.

Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.

Avoid gluten and lactose contain food. Take soft diet. Use tablet Pantoprazole. Use tablet Normaxin.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
