What Causes Continuous Fever Without Other Symptoms?

I have a fifteen year old girl . we came back from a short vacation from Arizon on Monday. She has been having fever on and off without any other symptoms. I took her to her peditriction today she said it look viral infection. When she take tyneol the fever goes away. But it comes back. I am worried it may be more serious illness. Up to now she has been a healthy teenager

Thanks for the query.
If everything other than fever is normal you can wait for 2 to 3 days.
It may be viral.
If there is loss of apettite, abnormal behaviour, cold, cough , loose motions, vomiting, headache , see a doctor.
Till then continue with tynelol.
