I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...
As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from sinus inflammation secondary to allergic reaction and due to congestion in the sinuses there is a loss of sense of smell and sneezing..You should consult an Allergist and get evaluated and in case of allergic reaction he can advise you to get allergic testing done like Patch test, antibody specific RAST test to rule out the exact allergen so that prevention to exposure to it can prevent allergy attack.. He can also provide Immunotherapy against the allergen so that the allergic symptoms become milder.. As of now you can take anti allergics like Benadryl, do steam inhalations, saline irrigations and steroid nasal sprays.. Decongestants oral and nasal spray can also help in relieving congestion and provide relief and provide sense of smell..
Hope this helps..
Regards..
