What Causes Continuous Tingling In The Body And Head?

Hi, I ve been experiencing continuous tingling throughout my body for almost three weeks now. It does not just come and go, it s always present, even when I m in a state of complete relaxation. What s more, I feel like I m shaking and moving in slow motion most of the time. I ve already made an appointment with my doctor for this Wednesday, but this feeling is just freaking me out a lot and I just want to be sure it isn t something serious. Due to this tingling and weird feeling in the head, I ve of course been feeling very anxious for the past few weeks, due to this I m also constantly hyperventilating. I know hyperventilation can cause you to feel very tingly, but I don t think it s related, this type of tingling is there the moment I wake up in the morning and does not go away at all. Whereas hyperventilation tingles aren t always there, are they?

What you describe is not typical of any particular illness. The important information to bring to your doctor is how and when it started. What makes it better or worse and if you've noticed anything else: diarrhea, weight loss, cannot tolerate warm environments, sweating, hair loss and the like.
