What Causes Continuous Vaginal Bleeding After Copper T IUD Insertion?
Hello Doctor, I Had fixed Copper-T on 28th March 2015. After a week I had continuous bleeding for 3 months. Then I decided to remove the same on 28th June. After removing I had heavy bleeding for a week and light bleeding for 3days and finally stopped. Now I didn t get my periods for 2 months. Is it normal? should I seek any medical help? Please advise.

There may be heavy and irregular bleeding in few people post copper -t insertion.You have not got your periods from 2 month post removal which could be because of hormonal imbalance. Rule out pregnancy by doing urine pregnancy test. If its negative then you need not worry. It will take 2-3 cycles to become normal.
