General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear,
If you tell your age, I can possibly tell you the causes as per your age. Bit bleeding from one month is always a concern. It can cause anemia, weakness, giddiness and many other symptoms.

You should start some iron preparation like ferrous sulphate or fumarate.
To my patients I recommend tranexemic acid also.
Stop taking any blood thinners if you are taking.

I advise you to have complete blood count, ultrasonography pelvis and gynaecologist consultation.

Please take care
