What Causes Convulsion In A Child?

Sir,i have a 4 yr old son. He fell while playing in the play ground. He fell on the ground from 6 feet high and hit his head. Immediately I gave water as he was crying continuously. And made him walk. But after an hour or so he got convulsion. This lasted for about 3-4 minutes. He was given immediate medical attention. He puked twice after that. We did his city scan and it came normal. Our doctor prescribed valparin 5ml morning evening and nootrogil 5ml morning evening for three months. Then after three months, we visited a child neurologist. He said that the child and advised us eeg for the same. The conclusion part of the report says: SLEEP: the sleep record is characterised by a symmetrical mixture of predominantly posterior polymorphic delta, central medium amplitude theta and anterior low amplitude beta. Symmetrical synchronous sleep spindles, vertex waves and K complexes are seen especially in the deeper stages of sleep. ACTIVATION PROCEDURES: photic stimulation induces no change. CONCLUSION: normal sleep EEG Sir, is my son safe now. What kind of measures should I take to protect him from further disturbances in life. Please advise. Thanks and kind regatds
