My niece has cornelia de lange syndrome and is having a really tough time. She is 21 years old, 180 pounds, 5 foot tall. Her shoe size is 13 (kids size) and her hands are tiny. She cannot talk. Cornelia de Lange syndrome is a genetic disorder. Another name is Bushy syndrome, dwarfism. There is no specific treatment. According to the signs and symptoms treated like excessive hair growth, convolutions, hearing loss, digestive problem and cleft palate etc.
