What Causes Cough Along With Dizziness And Fever?
My boyfriend has been sick for 3-4 days now. His symptoms are: coughing, achy, dizzy, pain on right side when he is coughing. Night before last he had a fever & chills. I m concerned that he might get pneumonia. He doesn t want me to take him to urgent care due to not having insurance.

If he is having cough, high fevers and fatigue he may have pneumonia and should be seen in urgent care. If it is a low grade fever and a cough then you can try giving him plenty of fluids and cough syrup. If it is a bronchitis he should be getting better within a week. If not he needs to see a doctor.
Make sure he is drinking plenty of fluids
