What Causes Cough Along With Flu?
had flu six weeks ago, cough ever since, hacking severe at time, now losing voice. since saturday taking ziertec D 2x/day, and benzonatate 3x/day, not dramatically better. should i be concerned? what else could it be? very important business week next week, need health and voice. thank you

After going through your history, I would say you should be slightly worried because this flu could have been now imposing with some secondary bacterial infection. If you would have come to my clinic, then I would like to along with your current treatment also start one antibiotic like azithromycin for you.
