What Causes Cough Along With Shortness Of Breath And Palpitations?

I SOMETIMES START WITH A LITTLE COUGH OR NOT IN MY THROAT WHICH ENDS UP FEELING LIKE I AM ONLY TAKING IN AIR AND NOTHING IS COMING OUT I HAVE TO CALM MY SELF DOWN FOR I CAN BREATHE THROUGH MY NOSE THE PROCESS ALMOST MAKES ME PAST OUT THIS LAST TIME ABOUT 1HR. AGO MY HEART WAS POUNDING IT WAS BAD THIS HAPPENS ANYTIME SOMETIMES EVEN IN MY SLEEP IT WAKES ME RIGHT UP THE SOUND IS LIKE A WHEEZE THANKS FOR ANY ADVICE YOU MAY OFFER

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Since how long do you have cough ? and how did it start ? it is associated with sputum ,if so what is the color. Wheeze asthma have to be ruled out . Do you have cold associated with this ? Do u feel your nose blocked? if so, nasal polyp or any growth,nasal deviation can cause shortness of breath (few ones am mentioning). Have you ever done a 2 D ECHO for your heart? If you have already done it then you can come to know whether your heart is normal. Palpitations can be due to deficiency of minerals and nutrients also.If you are short of hemoglobin, it can also cause you palpitations .
