What Causes Cough Along With Swelling In Throat?
Hello I have had a cough for about three days. I thought it was just allergies because about two weeks ago I started having a really weird itch and swelling in my throat mind you I had my tonsils removed and have had complications since then. Now my throat on the left side is swollen and in really bad pain. What could this be?

This is possibly fit to allergic pharyngitis or infective pharyngitis. Avoid any known allergens. Best to get looked at by your general practitioner to assess if it’s an infection as this can need antibiotics. Can gargle lukewarm saline in the throat to reduce the symptoms.
