What could be causing my un-responsive cough and breathlessness. I m a 70 year old man. Two chest x Rays have been clear but CRP in blood tests is 30. I had glandular fever at Christmas. Was in hospital last week for 3 days drs could hear crackling at the base of the right lung but a course of amoxyclav doesn t seem to have helped as yet. I would be grateful for another person s views though realise they can t be specific as your stephascope doesn t connect to the Internet! Thanks Roger
