What Causes Cough And Pain In My Neck Area While Suffering Form Acid Reflux?

I had a particularly bad boy of acid reflux 2 nights ago, and I believe I aspirated some of the fluid. Since then, I have experienced a small cough and some discomfort when I breathe deep. The pain is in my neck area, not my chest. I have also been experiencing mild dizziness for the last 2 days.

hello Mr , I suggest to get a chest xray done and show it to some physician.as it can cause pneumonitis.preferably start tab.metrogyl 400 mg tds for 5 days and tab cefexime 200 bd or 5 days that will resolve ur problem.as per reflux you can take pantaprazole 40 mg daily before breakfast.
