What Causes Cough And Postnasal Drip?
Woke in the middle of the night coughing from post nasal drip. when I laid back down, I had a surge of intense pressure at the back of my neck/base of my skull that resulted in a severe headache ... 18-20 hours later I still have a bad headache ... is this related to my MS? I ve only had one MS attack (2008)

It is unlikely to be due to MS. From your history it appears that you have had allergic rhino sinusitis. You need some anti-allergics and may be some local nasal sprays. It is best if you can consult your doctor since you have a chronic disease like MS
