What Causes Cough And Sore Throat Along With Fatigue?

Had what was thought to be a sinus infection. Ran a temperature for a couple of days. Coughing sore throat. Mostly they have gone away but feeling very tired at early evening and after exercising even more tired. It has been over two weeks since I started this.

Hi welcome to the health care magic

You are having sore throat, fever and congestion since 2 week...
If it is viral infection then usually resolution occurs in 2 week

Your work up done as follow...
-Auscultation
-if needed from Auscultation then chest x ray done
-Throat swab and culture
-if needed PNS x ray

You can be prescribed amoxicillin plus clavulenic acid combination drug for five days

Decongestant tablet can be prescribed for Symptomatic relief..

Take vitamin C lozenges four time a day for 3 days

Steam inhalation done and salt water gargle three times a day

Consult physician for examination and discuss all this information I provided
