What Causes Cough, Body Ache And Dizziness After An Insect Bite?

i need help with something i got bit by a little tick i couldnt tell if it was a dear tick or not but anyhow i removed it from my arm and there is no rash , well maybe about 4 or 5 hours later i started coughing really bad i thought i was my cigs so i stopped smoking for a bit but the cough got worse , then the morning after i woke up and really didnt wanna get out of bed then my body started aching , and i kept getting really dizzy ..i did come in contact with a sick person 2 days prior

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Generally insect bites are accompained by inflamation (redness and pain at the site of bite, or of the limb affected).
In my opinion your symptoms are related to a viral infection, probably from the sick person you had contact two days before.
I suggest you to take antiinflamatory treatment (Ibuprofen) for body ache, drink plenty of fluids, and take guaifenesin for cough.
If you don't improve from the treatment, you should consult a doctor for physical examination, because you might also need to start antibiotics.
