I have been having tightness in chest pin prick feeling in both upper arms and kind of like stabbing pain in upper abdomen with a cough on and Off for months now. I am a very anxious person so I thought maybe that was it. My resting heart rate is about 80-90 I am 42 about 20 lbs over weight, my last physical showed no issues which was about a year ago and no family history of heart disease.
