Understanding your concern. As per your query your child have symptoms of cough, cold and fever which is due to severe respiratory tract infection. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to do warm saline gargles 2-3 times a day and take steam inhalation twice a day which is very vital in your case. You should consult ENT specialist on immediate basis once for proper diagnosis. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics amoxiclav at least for 10 days along with decongestant. Maintain proper hygiene. Drink plenty of water and liquids.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
