What Causes Cough During Night And Clogged Throat?

I HAD THE FLU A FEW WEEKS AGO, BUT SINCE THEN HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET RID OF A NAGGING COUGH AT NIGHT, AS SOON AS I GO LAY DOWN IT FEELS LIKE SOMETHING IS LOGGED IN MY THROAT, THIS IS NOT ONLY CAUSING ME TO LOOSE SLEEP BUT MY VOICE HAS GONE HOARSE AND IS DISSAPERARING AND I HAVE SOME WHEEZING WHEN BREATHING ASWELL ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT

I have read your query . As far as cough and clogged throat is concerned this can be due to throat infection or Pharyngitis . For this I will suggest you to consult ENT surgeon for clinical examination and evaluation . Inmeantime do warm saline 2 to 3 times a day and you can take medicine like Allegra and Azithromycin by consulting with local doctor .
