General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the issue with cough, fever and sneezing indicate upper or lower respiratory tract infection.
The same can be possible even after the intake of flu vaccine due to another strain. Needs medicinal support with antibiotic as Cephalosporin or else, decongestant with cough formulas along with supportive measures.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
