Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion you are mostly having GERD (
gastroesophageal reflux disease) related
bronchitis and productive cough.
GERD is due to laxity of gastroesophageal sphincter. Because of this the acid of the stomach tends to come up in the
esophagus and cause acidity,
chest pain, reflux in wind pipe and trachea.
This reflux causes chronic inflammation in airways. This causes bronchitis, cough and expectoration.
So we should first treat your GERD to control bronchitis.
So avoid stress and tension. Avoid hot and spicy food. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals. Take
proton pump inhibitors and prokinetic drugs.
For bronchitis, take inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
Don't worry, you will be alright with above mentioned things.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
