What Causes Cough With Chest Pains And Sore Throats?
hello I'm 24years old male, i had unprotectedd sex last may of 2011, last june i suddenly felt fatigue, after how many weeks i got sore throat and it's hhard for me to swallow. And also i got fever for almost three days. I've searched for the symptoms of HIV and it matched but then the symptoms of TB are also similar. I am both exposed to TB and unprotected sex. Now, I'm having a cough for almost three days and it's very painful in my chest. What are the things I need to know?

Cough for three days with pain in the chest may be due to simple viral fever with bronchitis or tracheitis. So don't worry. Avoid cool drinks and freeze water to avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
