General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It looks like as you have a chronic lung infection. You will require a ct scan of the chest to diagnose and treat it. Bronchoscopy with lavage may also be required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Loveleen Sharma, General & Family Physician
