Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding bleeding from nose, blood in cough and stool of your brother.

As you said for your brother who has bleeding tendency from nose, throat and rectum as well, it indicates that he has a bleeding disorder may be because of-

1- Thrombocytopenia.

2- Deficiency of clotting factors.

3- Severe anaemia.

4- Severe hypertension.

So here it is supposed to be an medical emergency and immidiate medical care is needed under care of your physician.

Regards.
