General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be bleeding from GI ( gastrointestinal tract). Consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated. We have to do all bleeding parameters and endoscopy for further evaluation. If his hemoglobin is low, blood transfusions has to be started.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
