What Causes Coughing Up Of Yellow And Green Sputum?
I coughed up yellowish green sputum and am concerned for my left lung etc. What s the best thing to clear sputum and get back to normal functioning on everything now. And sinuses as I was in different climate for 7 days and now experience some pain just now in left lung. I will more than likely go in tomorrow walk in.

By your history and description, possibility of sinusitis and lower respiratory tract infection (LRTI) is more likely. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated. Do steam inhalation and warm water gargles 5-6 times a day. Take Levocetrizine and paracetamol combination twice daily.
