What Causes Coughing Upon Waking Up?

I had emergency ruptured appendix, 8-26-16. I was doing great pushing myself to walk and get out. About a week I got this cough especially when I wake up, I moved to Hawaii a month ago soi just got A primary care physicians, although I m still under the care of the Emergency physician, I feel I need to get in to see the dr. Tomorrow my appt. with other dr. Isn t till the 28th also we re watching water on my right lung

Coughing on waking up can be due to some sort of chest infection for which take antibiotics like moxikind-cv or azithral after an expert opinion along with diominic-dca or wikoryl for chest discomfort. Take syrup bro-zedex or respital-p for cough. Do warm water gargles and take steam inhalation.
